Touhou project is a shoot-em-up bullet hell style game series with many different characters each with their own respective boss themes and stage themes. This one here is Remilia Scarlet from the 6th Touhou game Embodiment of Scarlet Devil, she can be seen on stage six in this game. The games are fairly difficult, so good luck if you pursue them.
