Rather than Yuuka, this sounds like it would match either Suika or Kasen. Not sure how to explain it, it's something about the energy, I think? Seriously though, when I first saw Reimu's sprite for Touhou 19 I genuinely thought it was Yuuka for a second. I am still disappointed about it pfft.
