turns out Gensokyo is the worst possible place for modern isekai mcs, since no amount of cheating is enough to deal with an angry beggar, a thief, a 9 year old, a grandma, a maid, a gardener, a rabbit, and all the other crazy around.

Modern isekai MC's that is. Funnily enough, I do have this idea swimming in my head of a Touhou fan dedicating his entire reincarnated life into getting into Gensokyo. He's legit old, but is literally untouchable because of maxed out evasion skills. Think Sasaki Kojiro from Record of Ragnorok but with max agility and perception.

@@TheNapster153 Reimu has max evasion and is far from invincible, also Touhou doesn't work on rpg logic anyway, "maxing out stats" would be pointless. As for ROR, not quite my cup of tea but i get cha (rip mah man Adam, best dad) And yeah i meant modern mcs, who always rely on cheating and being unfair to win, unlike classic isekai mcs who actually earn their power.

@@terryliliana ok fair point, but just saying. A actual honest to god fan of Touhou who understands the insurmountable odds he's up against and spends an entire SECOND life working to meet an invisible standard is deserving of some praise. Plus, I didn't him to be around for long. Say, a few years to enjoy his hard earned reward. Him being able to survive is just a nice topping but otherwise has no effect on what comes.

@@spritepepsiplushes8353 Ye, Yumemi was one of the most powerful ppl Reimu has faced while Sumireko is only a final boss because she is fighting without spellcard rules agains ppl fighting with the rules, and even when she is put under the rules her moveset is pretty much not limited at all.
