Russian Market is located in the south part of Phnom Penh.It was popular among the Russian expats during 1980's when most of the western expats in Phnom Penh were Russians. Because of the prevalence of items from the Eastern Block in past times, the Toul Tom Poung market is a treasure trove for tourists.
The place have a history and you can see how the locals work, eat and live in that community and there are cheap bargains.
Its a treat for eyes and ears equally for the tourists as well and locals. Enjoy!
