I h ad not noticed how elegant the Macbook you got is. I mean, it's just the other day there was a raging battle on who should buy it and I love that it's now a productivity tool. I noticed Uber drivers being 'funny' when they would suddenly take a very long route and then at the end the price had also changed. Indeed, the pricing on the app is truly off but the drivers are taking it out on the wrong people. I once got a price of 190/- and even wondered how the guy would fuel that trip considering that the cost of a litre is over 200/-. That said, They should be more bold in how they address this with the head office. Nevertheless, I'm usually open to negotiate right at the start of the trip. During the call I just tell the driver not to worry about the price.

That is true. They should take the issue to the people directly responsible for low prices. I'm always happy to negotiate as well but some of them are too rude honestly.
