Yes maid's quarters and cabana bath area , I'd use that whole area as a dressing area to keep the party going without leaving and coming back , and I love the flow and lighting of the home , outside looks like so much fun , I'd probably live out there

Great home I really love the out side spaces, does it have direct ocean access ? you know for a 78 MCY skylounge. and it looks like its a streamers home which fits in to my ball park. Great showing peter you and your team just take showings to another level.

Sometimes houses can be so overly modern and beautiful it's hard to see pets and children making use of the spaces. This beautiful property doesn't have that problem, room for the whole family and a Sunseeker predator 60.... perfection!
