Windows are a penetration... Solar PV panels on the roof providing low-voltage direct-wire connections to interior LED skylights. And why the need for windows at all? Large form-factor LED monitors connected to high-definition cameras outside. And think of it this way... Your window view could be selectable from any optical angle available from the outside; or even a recorded tropical sea, desert, alpine mountain vista!
