It’s layout is definitely a unique one in the area. It surprised me how many people love the courtyard setup knowing they lose some backyard views etc. In person it’s amazing but a backyard setup is such a staple in Florida. It’s a unique spin on things and I’m glad most people tend to like it. I like being able to offer options!
