When making a heading or title make sure it is correct. Many people will comment and compare it to other business centers in the country. Back up the claim and provide the facts. How big is the land area that covers this Business center. Filinvest Center, Ortigas Center, Eastwood City, Makati Business Center, BGC, Manila Bay Area where Mall of Asia is located and many others that i may have missed mentioning. Just a simple advise man....

First of all BGC is NOT a business center, BUT a MIXED USED COMPLEX, FILINVEST is also a MIXED USED COMPLEX, EASTWOOD CITY is a Township, NOT because tbere are buildings IT IS a already a business district, learn the WHOLE PROJECT, the ONLY BUSINESS CENTER are ORTIGAS BUSINESS DISTRICT, MAKATI BUSINESS DISTRICT, CEBU BUSINESS PARK, so WHATS the difference??? BUSINESS DISTRICT has NO RECREATION, NO LEISURE, because it FICUCES on business, like NO DESIGNATED JOGGING PATH, NO DESUGNATED BIKING LANE,etc, if You have gone to BGC, Filinvest city, Brigdetowne, you would notice that there are DESIGNATED BIKING AREA, etc because the FOCUS of Mix used are for the FAMILIES living inside, so HAS LEISURE, etc, take a look at Cebu business park tbere are still open areas, why doesnt have like tennis court, etc, because it is BUSINESS CENTER, NOT MIX USED COMPLEX,

Real Makati business district is only 50 hectares the area that has NO electric wires, Ortigas Business center is 100+ hectares, Cebu business park is 50 hectares, so Ortigas is the largest CBD,

100% WRONG, the REAL MAKATI CBD is ONLY 50 hectares, thats the area with NO electrical wires, because since 2000, Ayala the owner of Makati business district, buried it underground, so around Makati CBD those are NOT PART of Makati CBD, Ayala is the owner of BPI, BPI has trillyons of Us dollars so IF those land are also part of mkati CBD all wires are already placed underground, 2nd BGC is NOT a business district but rather MIX USED COMPLEX, so whats the differences? Business district focus on business wbile MIX USED focuces on family, people, tbats wby jn MIXED USED COMP,LEX their are designated areas for recreation, like jogging area tennis court, biking area, etc, depends on the projek, where as business district DOESNT HAVE, but it can HAVE but not on the projek, Sample I bought a land in a business center then I made a 3 flr buildng for basketball, tennis, etc, so IT NOT part of the projek but only my own decision, in MIX USED it 100% part of the project, take a look at Cebu business park, it still has many open spaces but Ayala didnt place any tennis court, parks etc because its 100% business center, but look at BGC, and maybe you dont know that BGC is not 200 up hectares, 5 areas are TOWNSHIP of MEGAWORLD and FEDERAL LAND, like UPTOWN BGC, FORBESTOWN, BGC, etc, people think they are ONLY ONE, 2nd WHY would a CEMENTERY be a PART of MIX USED????????? hahahaha, 😅😅😅😅😅, wby would Ayala buy the American Cemetery? Hahaha,
