I did a lot of snowshoeing with a retired ranger...RMNP...He was an amazing ranger and I wouldn't be surprised to find him in that book you showed...He told us many stories about rescues in the park. Once, he said a high school teacher asked his students what they wanted to do after graduation. One boy raised his hand and said, " I want to go where no man's hand has trod!" The ranger also volunteered his time at the local nursing home by doing a slide show of his own park and animal photos for the residents each week.

that is cool! Maybe she interviewed him. Look in the book!

I had made a wall tree quilt that had pockets for verses for my daughter to read each day for her little girl as an Advent calendar.
