Hi, It was written by Pete Shelley of the Buzzcocks but was never released as a track unfortunately. If you click the yellow banner under the video screen though, you will be taken to a video of Channel 4's coverage from the 80s.

Anyone able to get hold of the "NewOrder" style music Channel 4 used to use? You might remember the titles - a close up of a riders chest with quick edits so his jersey changed colour ending with the polka dot one worn by the King of the Mountains.
