The OUTSIDE of the home gave a statement. I couldn't wait to see more, but then, I saw the primary bedroom, which LACKED CHARACTER and was LAZILY DESIGNED compared to the secondary bedrooms. It appeared as an AFTERTHOUGHT, NO TEXTURE, NO seating retreat... NOTHING, but grey paint, a MISSED OPPORTUNITY. It PAYS to HIRE a SKILLED DESIGNER to BRING your PROPERTY to LIFE. 😉

Love the intro w/ downtown Nashville skyline!! Definitely a modern/contemporary home!! Love it ❤! Beautiful open concept with nice HW flooring. Lots of large windows!! Love the black, vein tiling in bathroom. Great lighting and fixtures! Primary suite is nice but basic! Overall nice home. One lucky buyer to get that. Great tour. Thanks for sharing. Take care!

The house is a HOME ❤The primary room is off the chain, I love the tub in shower I think it should be like that in all primary rooms. I'm a kitchen lover and it's a must for a potfiller lol nailed it and a secondary kitchen I cook all the time and space for Me and my family this is a home to entertain and be comfortable in

I do not understand the current trends at all. I prefer classic styles, not modern. The house does not appear to blend with the neighborhood. I find the dark colors depressing. Things like wet rooms (tub in shower and square yards of glass) are impractical - they will always be covered with water spots unless the cleaning service has just left. If privacy is at all a concern, the blind budget will be $100k+. However, taste is very individual, so undoubtedly someone will love this house and my opinion isn’t relevant. 😁

The layout for this home is not very good. The strange corner balcony. Fireplace is ugly. Primary suite is quite massive. Idk this is so much and not well organized imo
