Thank you so much! I needed this tour. I'm staying here in a few weeks and have never been here. This was very helpful.

My family and I visited Mountain Breeze this past weekend and we all had a blast. We will be visiting again. It was clean and everyone was friendly but of course you will have those but the overall visit was wonderful.

The owner Paul and I were best friends in HS. It’s always a great time when we go there. Paul has really done a great job with the campground! Thanks for watching!

I have years and years of amazing memories of this place! I started visiting mountain breeze in the 80’s. It’s the only place I’ve been to since. I even took my husband here immediately after we said, “I do”! I don’t camp anymore, but if I did this would still be my go to place. Paul is a really nice guy. I’ve been on every camp spot on that place! He’s done a lot of changes and upgrades over the years. ❤️❤️❤️ P. S. I am a native Texan and everyone in my family are gun owners and extremely supportive of our 2A.

rob h - I agree 100%. It used to be my place from 1983 - 2003. I don’t really go camping anymore and I live in far west Texas now. I have many, many great memories of this place and Paul is the best ever camp host!!

In the mid 70’s river road on the Guadalupe river was my escape place where I went to recharge... last time I tried to get there when I was in the area for the weekend in 79; Someone had relocated my access point as Texas road crew do sometimes. God willin i’ll Get by there in the near future. Thanks for sharing. Do you remember stinky falls? :)
@rvamericayall5 жыл бұрын
Hi John! Hope you can get back over that way. We’ve heard the story of Stinky Falls, but spent more time on the Guadalupe than the Comal back in the day.

I've been tent camping there years ago! It was a wonderful campground. We are planning a trip sometime next year with all of my cousins to float the Guadalupe! I have a 5th wheel now so maybe we can book some cabins and RV spots to accommodate the group at Mountain Breeze!

This place is cool and ive met Paul several times but sorry this isnt camping. This is a big party on the river with tents crammed side by side. People start blaring their music at 8am and everyone seems to wanna compete to see whos music is better and louder. You get a bunch of white guys blairing gangsta rap, heavy metal two tents down, then rebel country also blaring. Plus the foul language you hear all day. If you wanna party this is the place, if wanna camp you're better off at a state park. I will say weekdays are calm

@@rvamericayall Paul is awesome and Mt Breeze itself is a nice place. Its just not a place I would "camp". Camping to me is solitude, peace and quiet and getting in touch with mother nature. Not Dj's, live bands that play till midnight and 100s of drunks running around with the f bomb outta their mouth every other word they speak.

Looks much different a holiday weekend. I would not recomend this place during a holiday unless you like a bunch of a$$holes and a super disgusting campground. It is way over packed. Lots of drugs floating around there if you are in to that.

Yes you do run in to your share of belligerents from time to time. But overall it's well worth it.
