Luxury bus companies average of N25k, check their website for updated prices By Boat is N4500 from CMS to Porto Novo and no you can't stamp your Passport via boat. You can get the Yellow Fever vaccine and card for N2000 at all international borders or Port Health offices in Nigeria.
