Nice looking villa. I think most people would like to know what year the house was built. I can't imagine anyone buying a used home without getting that information first. I hope you'll consider giving that information with future blogs

The back of the house is very close to a busy street. Plenty of traffic noise. For sale by owner? I hope the owner has a long life expectancy, because he will need it if he ever hopes to sell this house.

He said it was a concrete house for what I can see it's cinder block covered with stucco and paint probably the first two bottom layers are solid cinder block then the rest of the house is Halo....Two cars garage but you see an SUV and a golf cart I doubt it very much if you could get two vehicles in that garage plus I don't see any hurricane shutters on any of these houses I don't understand that part they're still hurricanes and tornadoes in Central Florida..Don't get that part.. he says you have very little grass to cut because you have very little property.... the white privacy fences when the winds go over 60 miles an hour they start flying down the street like toothpicks....😎😎😎.. I just noticed when you went up high in the air right behind the house is a high traffic area with cars that means a lot of noise probably have a hard time sleeping and if there's ever an accident they would take out your fence in a New York Minute.. 😳😳😱😱😱😳😳

If you have any children under the age of 19 you can't have them live with you in The Villages, However there is an 80/20 rule where a portion of people under the age of 55 can buy homes and live in them. Therefore The Villages are not just a fit for "the elderly".

Just for the old folks..if they find a child living in the house...the Yentas will report you and if necessary, get a court order for the child to leave.
