This is the perfect house for the inconspicuous person. Unassuming on the outside, stately on the inside, and a modern look to complete the amazing tour.

Well...you gotta start somewhere. First they fix up this one...then the one next door. Then the one next door to that. Then the one next door to that. Then, 50 years later...the whole place is exceptionally beautiful again. Like it was when all those homes were first built.

@michiganvideotours8893 It's crazy because I recently grew upon eastside detroit. My aunt used to spend time at Harper Woods. It isn't that bad. Just the kids needed to be disciplined. That's all I don't condone abuse, just show them a valuable life.

This video should had been longer to show the inside of closets, the lower level (basement). The main/master bathroom should've had a bathtub not just a shower and I understand you are trying to be safe but why show a home tour with bar gates on all the main floor windows? The home remodel/renovation is beautiful/magnificent though. How much is the price of this home property?
