House is not bad but few major defects How can you have a detached porch What will you do when it’s raining Entrance door needs to be wider Stair railing of glass is not easy to clean Every time you touch and climb you leave finger prints Contemporary house doesn’t have quilted walls Walls need to be plain moreover mirror on walls again a headache to clean Walls should be plain

Over all it looks very beautiful house . But so many things were missing, Like drawing and dinning, And sliding door of washroom, which is transparent?? How is it functional ? And how many bedrooms were there in total? And where is family area? Video was more about the presenter and finishing of the house rather than functionality of the house .

Good size lawn. The focus was the presenter. The bathroom with glass door doesn't suit our culture. The wardrobes were not clearly defined except in one room.drawing and dinning were missing. Nevertheless its good.

Bathroom with glass door. More interesting commode placed just in front of the door. The person seating the commode can be able to see all around the room or vice versa. This type of arrangement still not popular in western.

Yes it is a trendsetter and trend breaker kind of house. Although video visit is sort incomplete, more details are needed. I can't afford to have such a huge house at my own. But I admire all the features.

Lawn is a good idea but DHA allows only 6 feet high boundry wall which does not give privacy for the family. Therefore almost all houses seem totally covered with a small lawn

Not practical. Very small working kitchen without window utensils give monsoon smell. Lahore has hard weather. Heavy rain storm windy. Who will clean? How many servant we need to clean?
