Hopefully the Realm Presidential will have the spa to showcase and a Foretravel Prevost with the sauna suite will break the 'likes' & 'thumbs up'!

I just talked to a couple who do full time RV’ing in their 5th wheel and they love it. I asked about a class A and the wife said she had concerns about the front entrance on almost all coaches. With the MBR in the rear and the entrance in the front, escaping during a fire is a worry. It is nice seeing the egress at the rear on more of these large class A coaches. That could ease the fears of some potential buyers.
@DLeske4 жыл бұрын
My 2018 Pace Arrow was $259,000 new, but has an egress window in the rear bedroom which my wife likes. Over the years we have had a 28ft trailer which felt nice enough standing still but with any wind it was scary to drive. We had a new 2006 36ft dual slide 5th wheel when we retired the first time which we loved living in for two years, but after the 2008 financial disaster we went back to work and retired this year to live in the class A diesel pusher. We found that it was a pain to climb the steps to get in, but then another climb to get to the raised bedroom was too painful after a nasty fall caused permanent injuries. So, we would have preferred the 5th wheel again, but the 33.5ft Class-A has been good. *Now we want more luxury and are now shopping for a 40-42ft Class-A.*
@shanestiles54454 жыл бұрын
It is a DOT requirement that there has to be emergency egress from the motor home and trailers.

For the price that these coaches are going for, it sure would be nice to enjoy all of that space, while the vehicle is in motion, you know, like a yacht, but the slides, must be in while in motion. It’s also a plus, when they show what it looks like, with the slides in.

Really shows ya what kind of mark-up some of these builders really have in their units. A company never has an issue with having a sale and making minimal profit on a few units, if any, but they aren’t gonna take a several hundred thousand dollar or more loss on a unit when we are supposedly in such a hot RV market right now. I know we will never get any of the manufacturers to admit to the mark-up but a half million discount for a sale says all I need to know.

@ianemery77854 жыл бұрын
gramsofmoney Yea I noticed those things. Also notice the cheap carpet lining on all the cupboards, even the kitchen overheads, how is carpet lining ‘high end’? I would expect that in a home converted mini-van and certainly not in a mil and a half coach. No washbasin in the head, yuk. BTW I HATED that wood finish, so goes to show that you can’t please everyone! Overall I guess that’s why it’s discounted 33% from MSRP!!

At some point Foretravel lost their way and made the transition from a custom coach to a production coach....and 1 million plus retail for something on a Spartan chassis....no thanks. Nice job showing the RV and features, and it's a heck of a beautiful Land Yacht, but the sometimes stepping forward, backwards, forward, backwards, forward, and backwards, while you're standing in one spot talking made it look like you're on a boat at sea pitching around. Kinda distracting and dizzying. Would still watch more from you though.
@briangasser9734 жыл бұрын
Draws weren't lined, plastic cabinet locks, bay door edges that arent painted... It is a nice looking coach, but not a competitor to Liberty, Marathon, or Newell.

I'd love to see an actual objective review of an RV, instead of stating that everything you see is is the greatest thing you've ever seen. It simply cannot be true. I know you have a personal opinion, and I would like to hear that. Unless you get a kickback, or course, then I completely understand your sales tactics. Good luck with that.

In most cases, an IH-45 has always been a made to order coach. You order from the factory and pick every finish and layout down to the detail. However, it is my understanding that some IH-45's were ordered by the dealer. The Relm was the production line coach. Lower end in several ways. I love our IH-45. It's wonderful in every way.

There are things in this coach that a way out of place for a coach of this price range like that panel in the rear bath with the screw covers on the right side wall when you open the door end panels in the bedroom put the same screw covers. Other things like the molding around the drop down TV upfront looks cheap and cheesy again with the exposed screw covers. Cheap bay door Construction. Too many things in this coach that just don't make it for me.

They should have put one large sink in the centre of the counter in the back bathroom. There is not much room for two people to stand there comfortably unless you are really skinny. It looks cramped with two small sinks so close together, it feels nice when using the sink if its large with allot of counter space, that would be much nicer,,,and the design on the inside of the front door looks like a dead manta ray, ugly as hell,,,,

This is a really really specific look. Not a fan of the wood grain - at least not so much of it. There’s just a lot of bold textures and colors competing for dominance in this coach. Not really a fan of this coach’s decor. Omg! And then the bathroom shower. Geez. Yeah. Too many patterns. No cohesion for the decor. Like the wine cooler and the huge couch. Also the dining booth. Also, the pullout “pantry” style cabinet in the bathroom. (btw: not a fan of the sound effects - crowd cheering)
