Yeah, its crazy! I’m usually around this area 90% of the time. Built in the 70s too, so there were older lifts before ‘98. Crazy stuff.

@@swizzystudios6944 Uhhh no in 1970 it was a cricket ground up until 1995 when they started building Priory Meadow, the lifts were never older than they are now

They replaced the Otis 2002 lifts Dewhurst lifts but I believe they have kept the original M&S lift

These Otis 2000 VFs might be replaced with stupid GeN2s or ecodiscs by 2030, or they will be, *gags* modernised by Jackson lifts or apex. Disgusting in my opinion.

They are already being refurbished as we speak, the ones at the start have been changed into gen 2s and the car park ones are being refurbed currently
