This is my all-time favourite interior of any Newell coach you have reviewed on your channel. The floors, cabinets, ceiling, and layout are beautiful.

That’s I what I thought also. Super comfy, and not that sterile feeling you get in some of these super high end coaches. It feels super livable (at least for us!).

@@robertkleiman1502 I agree Robert. It felt like being in a very high-end luxury home with custom woodwork. Warm and comfortable yet sophisticated.

Great tour, thanks as always. I kind of like the sound of air conditioners working. Makes be feel cool.

I like the sideview mirrors in that location rather than hanging from above, good choice. Newell is amazing...I'll be in there one day.

Another great and informative video!! Just as an aside -I noticed on your last few videos when you are reviewing the coach interiors your microphone is picking up background noise from what appears to be from the air conditioners. Using what’s call a “wind muff” cover over your microphone may eliminate any background noise. Thanks again for sharing these awesome coaches with your viewers!! You are in a league of your own!!
@scottcatherine-sf2gf Жыл бұрын
Yes I heard that too, a steady roar like its the AC on full
@RVSquaredSteve Жыл бұрын
He’s using the “DeadCat” wind guard already. FYI: Wind guards are designed to keep wind from hitting the microphone. They don’t help background hum at all; this has to be done in Post editing.

I believe that is Newell Coach #1528 rather than #1524. I was in that coach at the Rudioso Rally back in June of 2016.

That interior looks very similar to a Viking yacht. Very sharp and timeless.

Kind of wondering where that 2.5 million dollars go. Probably an unpopular opinion but it seems like they are making one heck of a good profit margin. Good for them, that's what a smart company can do. Just hope they spread that profit to their employees.
@Handl3sAreStupid Жыл бұрын
Agreed, I hope they treat their employees and contractors right. It is a very niche/low volume business, which generally means higher costs. They build buses at a similar quality to a Prevost, but at a much lower volume. That means each unit costs more.
@phranerphamily Жыл бұрын
Well they're paying for premium textiles, the cabinets are being built by Amish cabinet makers, it's being built in America by specialized tradesmen. The motor is top of the line. What you're paying for is the entire package. Are they making a premium on it absolutely I mean you're not paying for 24/7 helpline if you're only making a few bucks on each one.

do they do underbelly animal deterrents so animals can't get in and chew the wires by any chance or not.
@RVSquaredSteve Жыл бұрын
“Deterrents”? Not sure what you mean, but the entire sub structure is sealed in every aspect.

I would assume that the door is locked out with that bay open.
@bobleger415 Жыл бұрын
It does lock out if the bay door is open. Could get very expensive otherwise!😂
@whitetiger1008 Жыл бұрын
That's really beautiful. But I wouldn't buy a coach with only a mid-entry door. No doors for the driver and passenger. I feel only one door is dangerous. Just saying...

Andrew, I always enjoy your videos. If only I could afford one, haha. Sounds like your Lav microphone was clipping a bit (distorted) in this one. Perhaps, lower the preamp gain just a bit next time. Also, a little post production on the audio with noise reduction plugins goes a long way to reduce some of the A/C and background noise. Sharing from an audio engineers point of view.😉 Really enjoy your channel!!
