Congratulations on your Fantastic purchase new home, we have recently bought a property, about an hour and half away from you and have started doing it up/ making changes. If you grow some climbing plants up to your façade and patio not only you'll get freshness but also great aroma and charm. Passion Vine, Clemathys, Sweet Pea, Grape Vine... they're perennial and very beautiful.

Oh my goodness yes! That’s exactly what we’re doing. Our bougainvillea just arrived this week and their pots are on the way 🙌🏼 great minds think alike 😉

Just watched it and love the look of the house and the outdoor area with THAT VIEW - its amazing! So exciting and cant wait to see what you will come up with in the reno part. Looks like you got a great deal from what I can see. Have you met the neighbours yet?

We totally got such a good deal thank goodness. It is very exciting I still have to pinch myself 🥹 Neighbors keep to themselves but have been lovely it’s hard with the language barrier and can’t wait to speak the language better. But they’re so patient with us when we do communicate haha. Our favourite thing is that we installed our doorbell camera and the little kids come and ding ding ditch which is so cute we watch them egg each other on to do it and they have no idea that we see the whole interaction 🤣

Oh but it says it on the box of the one we bought 😂 but they could just do that for people like me that don’t know the name. What’s it meant to be called?

Is that in Costa Del Sol? What town is that, Is that area reasonable? Or did you find a gem.

This is montefrio… it’s a smallish town Granada. We’ll have a video out all about montefrio soon enough ☺️ there are plenty of affordable houses here but this was one of a kind in terms of all the area, good bones and a garage.
