Its a nice solid set up you have. Have you read any of Temple Grandins books on cattle handling? Currently we are designing a small but workable system for our sheep. I am used to building for cattle and have to stop thinking in terms of a ticked off 2500 pound bull😆

Yes! I'm a big fan of Temple Grandin's cattle handling philosophy (but not so much her pens as they are so big). Sheep and cattle are so different to work. For the sheep, I have a small set of pens that's in progress. Once I get more completed on it, I'll do a video (and I'm planning to run sheep through it in mid March.) For my sheep pens, I have a funnel (as tubs don't work so good for sheep) and a 10 foot alley constructed from wood. At the end of the alley, I plan to build a two way sort gate. I've tried various ways to handle the sheep for the past few years and I'll always feel that I've lost when finished. Hopefully, this year will be different.
