I've never been to your shop. But I'd love to meet you. I have a lot of respect for you and your pop. I grew up working and hanging around my dad's machine shop... I didn't always see eye to eye with my pop. But as we both got older we became closer. I miss bar hopping with him on the bikes. My pop was very smart but not easy to be around. R.i.p to him. Enjoy your pop. Cheers siR...

Paul, I love what you have accomplished on your own. Shows that you can be your own man. But I am in awe of you fixing your relationship with your Dad. I didn't get to do that with mine and I regret it. For lack of a better word, I was more proud of you for doing that than almost anything you accomplished otherwise. They are harder to deal with the older they get (I know, I am now one myself), but however, whatever occurred to make it work for you two was worth whatever you had to endure.

I’m glad you and your father are getting back together life is too short for the small things. It will be 10 years ago was July that I lost my father I think about him every day. Then 14 months after that my mother passed. But we were getting along fine before they passed so I’m glad I don’t have a guilty conscious. It looks like a real nice show room you got there young man
