Excellent tour of Shaldon Martin. I was there about 2 weeks ago and walked through the tunnel but i never saw the surrounding parts that you filmed. Thanks for that and it has saved me a return trip.

@@MartinPopeFilmmaker try Babbacombe/Oddicombe beach on the cliff railway. Stunning

@@jimmcdonald5721 We've walked down that steep hill to Babbacombe beach then along to Oddicoombe then back up to the top of the cliff but we've never actually been on the cliff railway. I imagine that it's similar to the one at Lynmouth in North Devon. 👍👍😊😊

You had us at Smugglers Tunnel!! What a lovely place. We enjoyed walking with you. Much as gulls are a pain in the food stealing backside, they’re such an important sound of the British seaside. Loved the tunnel! I’d go with Smugglers any day. Loved it 🍻

Thanks. It is an interesting place. Some of the seagulls noises were added at the editing stage as I had my Rode wireless mic on & that sort of mic only hears sounds close to the mic which is great when you in a noisy situation but it doesn't capture the ambient sounds around you. All you could hear on a lot of the clips was my heavy breathing as the mic was close to me that's why I had to dub seaside ambient sounds on at the editing stage. 😊😊
