There was a small bit in 2015 when beno peaked in quality. In 2016 he went really downhill as he phased out his lift tours. By 2019 lift tours had been cancelled

The Next B&H lifts are in a VERY sad state. As well as replacing all of the incorrect types of buttons I think they should change the floor numbering to -2, -1, 0, 1 and 2 and remove all of the Debenhams sign. Also if you're wondering about the side lift which went up to the restaurant that's now staff only.

You'll be glad to here that the goofy ahh Next Beauty & Home stores are being phased out. The Watford store has now become a merged Next store with clothing home and beauty all in one store (world first) and the basement has now been properly sealed off (the escalators going down there have now been removed and more floor has been added) and the regular Next store with the Tecno closing permanently and the Metrocentre store is closing down with a new beauty section store opening in the regular Next store and that unit is becoming Sports Direct on G and Flannels on 1. I'm guessing they'll properly seal off 2.

@@NCHLT That's a Next Outlet. I doubt that will be fixed. Also it would give me OCD if Next moved to it as I love Next H&M and Zara all being in that one area. Or they might move it to a unit in the Whitgift Centre or a retail park. Maybe the Next Home store.

@@NCHLT This is Morgan. I do know, I just didnt see your replies, sorry about that. The only Otis Gen2 made in 2000 that I've seen, most ive seen are 2001+, but I searched "2000 otis gen2" and the only one i get is that lift.

The lift in the cinema is utterly disgusting. It used to be an Otis 2000H because I can tell by its logo because only that type of Otis 2000 has that type of logo. They did a slap on mod and were too lazy to even change the panel, it makes me throw up.

I have seen far worse. My Arndale lift tour shows an Oakland that was horribly modernised and has had an awful slap on mod with a button panel that sticks out like a sore thumb
