Treasure Beach is the name given to a stretch of four Jamaican coves and their associated settlements: Billy's Bay, Frenchman's Bay, Calabash Bay and Great Pedro Bay.
The region is isolated from the main tourist areas and the minor roads connecting with the main highway at Black River or Santa Cruz tend to suffer damage in heavy rain, but are usually passable with care. There are a few small hotels and guest houses serving tourists seeking a very quiet seaside location.[2]
To go to Treasure Beach you either have to fly to Kingston and then drive for 2.5 hours or to Montego Bay and drive for 2 hours. Other transport options are private transfer, shuttle bus or route taxi.

@@FireReid you're perfectly right i can remember as young boy there was a few drowning incidents in that area matter of fact between calabash bay and Frenchman especially calabash bay sections of the water have some wheeling and spinning ways about it Which results in making swimming difficult and i personally know of a few drowning incidents many many years ago i could remember one young man Phillip channer from my community drown at Frenchman

Well I guess for someone who have ACTUALLY lived in 3 different countries,Not including Jamaica ,I still LOVE EVER BIT OF WHAT MY BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY OFFERS. Rusty zinc and poverty all of it. Fyi,I never grew up in poverty in Jamaica,but I appreciate EVER single part of Jamaica good,bad,poverty sticken areas and All. I love how you describe places you've watched on tv or someone told you about. Lived ,seen ,experienced all of that,still CANNOT beat the rusty zinc and all in beautiful 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲 I love how Covid and the internet gave everyone a voice, but my adbice for you is to also pick up a book.
