It is a beautiful place. You must go fishing here, it is a bucket list for sure, If you need transportation check Whittier Shuttle that is who I drive for.

Thanks for the tour Jim👍What a fascinating and beautiful area to live! Lots of wild nature and fresh air...something we wish we had more of here in the Netherlands...compared to mountainous Alaska the Netherlands is an overpopulated pancake...

@@jiminalaska ...a population increase of 6 million people in 40 years mostly because of (young men) immigration from islamic countries>Syria, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran, Iraq, Morocco, Turkey, Sudan, Somalia, Eritrea, Nigeria, Congo, Algeria, Libya, etc. causing our streets to become unsafer and turning our little country into an overpopulated unsafe multicultural ghetto...because islam is in its core an aggressive conquest ideology...and the Netherlands has now officially been labeled a 'narcostate'...the Netherlands has been groaning under weak ultra-liberal Europhile open border government for decades...nothing will change if the majority of our sheepish citizens keep voting for them...the Dutch pancake will be so overpopulated with aggressive islam that we cannot recognize our friendly pancake anymore...

Thank you for the more realistic tour of Whittier. Does the town keep the roads plowed well In winter? I wish we could have toured your condo. Seems like no homeless in Whittier. Love your bio. You seem pretty healthy for 70. And I’m sure the permanent fund dividend is a nice perk. Good for you for making your dreams come true. Whar 😮state did you come from? You sound like you have a southern accent.

Came up from South West Missouri. No homeless here, they would die in the winter. I will do a video of my condo , good idea. Roads open all winter, just covered in ice.
