the property taxes on this property, are $57,000 per year, plus utilities. So, youve got to have a substantial cash flow to be able to afford to win and keep this place. Personally, I would be forced to sell it or just give it away.

SELL! This place is wasteful in so many ways; uninspired, bland, dated design; ugly furniture and fabrics - a vision in beige. I see the value in raising money for hospitals, however, a value shift is needed in terms of the ostentatiousness of the grand prize. A health and wellness centre? Really? Ridiculous.

The place is gorgeous, but who can afford the expenses? Most people they are forced to sell. They should make it less grander, for normal folks. Who needs all this. Wasted space if you ask me!!!
