Great exterior!! Massive interior, right on 👍🏿!! Love the tall ceiling/exposed beams (at LR) which carries into a beautiful premier BdR. Breathtaking master bath w dual sinks & beautiful custom cabinetry!! Large walk-in closet with plenty of storage 😱❤️!! Lots of large windows for natural light. I like that people can go up and down stairs without having to go through the living room. And I like that the kitchen is not right in the middle of the living space (although I prefer not-open floor plans). Love the huge covered patio. Don't like people able to walk up on the front porch and watch what is going on in the house. And no to the ceiling air vents. Oh, and black metal doors and windows give me commercial building vibes.

The only thing that I can't get it is it's pricing.Can you tell me that despite being 30 min. drive from the downtown Austin(a good distant I think), why it still is $3.75M(>$3M)?? Hate the dinning room table sits in the middle of an open space. Dinning rooms she be self contain or to the lieft or right of a kitchen, since there are two islands, one can serve as a eating space. Besutiful plan.

I have to be honest didn’t love this house for 5k square feet the upstairs rooms were small the main bedroom wasn’t that big n the main bath wasn’t that bug either little bit disappointing ok
