Don't know what it is about Oakville. I'm noticing a lot of very creative home design done. From the architecture to the interior design work. Not just done by PCM but also by Bachly Construction. Very creative well though out "custom homes" . Designing homes that are truly Custom Homes. As there are small builders out there that use the words "custom home builder" to describe themselves when they offer nothing out of the ordinary. They are just small volume (3 or 4 homes at a time) builders offering features found in any other big name builder's homes like Greenpark. I wonder if the family that won this home is still there. :) Or if they sold and left.
