Sadie is a very hard working lady. She had a channel where she would show us how she looked after her horses, and she was renovating an apartment on the convent for herself and her daughter. She helped everyone else and also helped with her nephews. She is very good at events, she is a very good cook, she paints, cleans and many more things that many of you don’t know as you haven’t followed since the beginning. She speaks French and tries to help animals and raise awareness about different causes regarding animals, specifically horses. On this channel she focuses on Stan but I can assure you that young lady is working very very hard behind the scenes.

That out building you plan on making into a work shop, has a lot of potential. Especially since it already has plumbing. It looks as if it will be much easier to keep warm in the winter months as well. From the way you are both dressed, it appears it is already cold outdoors. I love that tall evergreen tree you pointed out. Those tall, slender trees look so regal and add so much beauty to the grounds. I enjoyed your video very much this morning. Nice job.

I hope you both manage to do the renovations and everything that goes into creating video content in ways that don’t leave you exhausted and trying to do too much🤞🏼. I sometimes think that it has become too pressured for everyone to produce a new video every day, just because some people do🤷‍♀️. Bonkers! Especially when someone like Stan is also trying to keep his own work going 😮. You are in it for the long haul, so pace yourselves and take enough days off. I was a nurse half time nights, owned my own small business I had to run and then worked as a part time nanny and housekeeper during the day. I had 3 kiss 4 and under and worked opposite hours of my hubby as I didn’t want to send them to a babysitter. Now at 65 I feel like I really burnt myself out both physically and mentally. I’m retired but now all the things I had planned to do, I’m just so burnt out. I have 10 homes to rehab ( vintage dollhouses lol)😂😂😂 and some old and vintage dolls. I love to buy things cheap that look beyond help to most but not to me. Please take care. Also working so hard can take a toll on your lovely relationship with Sadie. Yes a lot to do Sadie & Stan & may look & seem overwhelming for those looking on but as with all of Billy's projects...a plan in place to clean up , repair priorities to make safe & watertight, gradual improvements plodding along when able will see a slow transformation. Panard went into a slow decline over many years so she is going to need to slowly shine again with every step you take. And we know Billy is right there guiding this project along with Mick & family as support. His passion is restoring these once beautiful buildings & grounds to their former glory to be appreciated once more & he fell hard for this chateau !! So Muck On !! AUS🇭🇲

The outbuildings would make a good workshop for tools and storage of materials. You could put a temporay solar panel on the roof to a battery inside to store power to run tools. Fixing the toilet at the end too if possible. It is good that you are not doing too much of the same heavy work at one time and having a walk round and changing to different jobs which helps prevent strains. Stan has the right idea with the fire and windows. I grew up in a victorian house with DIY parents so survived scraping off wallpaper, dry rot in floorboards, freezing temperatures and survived to 80 yrs. The two things I liked best about it was the huge bath with claw feet and the wooden toilet seat much warmer than plastic. 🥶

As a die hard “dreamer” I restore classic cars. Here in Alaska we are a bit isolated from normal goings on in the other States as well as the world at large. You mentioned the high property taxes in France and it would give us a glimpse of how expensive it would be to take on a project such as you have. I don’t know the measuring of meters verses acres so curious about actual costs of both the property and the buildings? This is a beautiful potential project and I’m enjoying your well spoken and humorous commentary. Thank you and take care!
