Lol, when someone doesn't realize there is more wear and tear that naturally happens in city, than transit freeways and interstates, not to mention flooding erodes the roads away also, which makes it even easier for constant cars trafficking over them to damage them more.

You will really feel the comfort once you get out of EDSA. But compared to before, EDSA has improved more now. This video shows that countryside roads are really nice plus the scenery while you're driving, another level! 😍

The views on either side of the road at around 1:34 is just jawdropping. I often loved passing thru this part especially around 5 or 6pm when the sun is just setting. There are several mountains on either side of the road and with the crimson color of the setting sun hitting the mountains, the whole scenery looks straight out of a maestro's painting. Just lovely. Too bad there is no rest stop in that portion to allow people to take pictures

Just gotta say I love your road trips!! I'm from canada and I'm shocked at the level of bad driving😬 people don't seem to stay in their lanes, the motorcycles that pass on the left and right side of vehicles, plus the amount of people walking on the road when there is a perfectly good sidewalk beside them is bizarre. I understand the philippines doesn't have traffic cops. You need them. Here in canada we're pretty careful with driving as fines can be hundreds of dollars(depending on the infraction). On the positive side, the scenery is great and the trip to the destination calming ( once out of manilla) and pleasant. Looking forward to more trips

@TourFromHomeTV3 жыл бұрын
Hi! All toll booths are open from class 1 to 3. Your Fortuner is class 1. Just enter any toll booth (I assume cash payment) and pay for the class 1 toll fee.

You're welcome! I suggest applying for an EasyTrip RFID. It's much faster. All cash lanes have long lines because of few toll booths that accepts cash payments (they do this on purpose). Then if you already have an RFID, just enter any RFID toll booths. There's no arrangements for vehicle classes 😃

@impreza01093 жыл бұрын
Eh it depends. Sabi ng mga beteranong driver samin shorter route pa din ang San Fernando. Seemingly mas mabilis ang SCTEX route kasi walang traffic lights That needs to be an experiment
@vincentpaoloclemenia23452 жыл бұрын
Nope, been there done that. It has more traffic lights which makes the travel slower. In google map it always say that you'd take 3 to 4 hours to finish the trip when suggesting that route. It has shorter distance, but longer travel time due to inconsisten traffic flow.

Thanks for sharing your video 👍. Philippines need a traffic court but for now traffic police should start issuing citation ticket as a warning to let the driver know that he is a bad driver. This citation ticket income can be use to purchase more police car while saving lives, I advice to build aircondition boot for traffice police for them to have a place to cool down as it’s pretty hot out there. When I went home for vacation last 2017, I try to handed them at least a cold bottle of water to those traffic police when I stop next to them in the traffic but they need more than that. Driving is never relaxing as you always have to watch this bad driver, they have to learn defensive driving specially those motorcycle driver, right now they are in suicide mode.
