I believe the same villa was posted by another KZbinr one year ago and that was for 7cr. What has happened in 1yr that the price has increased to 17cr?

Actually this is show villa which was previously not for sale. The sales representatives & the KZbinrs used to show this as a sample villa to sell other villas of the same configuration in the same project. Earlier the price of the Villas in this community used to start from 7 Cr plus taxes for a bare-shell unit ( without any furnishings). Now the prices have been increased to 9 Cr plus taxes for a bare shell unit. As this villa is a show villa & is fully furnished & designed by Kelly Hoppen so it’s going for a premium. The price of ₹17 Crore is inclusive of taxes as well. Hope that helps 👍
