Beautiful maisonette and a good price. Love the large windows and roundish sinks. Like the large kitchen, an island would have been a great addition. The tile finish looks incomplete or missing something - the separations are too pronounced. I will collapse the study/gym to increase the owner's bedroom size, a larger bathroom and a walk-in closet. A Larger owner's bathroom with a bathtub/jacuzzi will make this house irresistible. The closets could be bigger and they are too busy. Surprised, the owner's bathroom sink didn't have cabinets underneath. The builder could add a million to the price with these additions and a few more quality appliances. All and all nice maisonette and good price. Great presentation, as always.
