It's a beautiful house. My colonial house from the 1930s has big windows and lots of natural light even though it's 1/3 the size of this house on a much smaller lot. One drawback of Hancock Park is that there's no park except a small one that borders the hood . San Marino,Holmby Park, Beverly Hills have great parks.

Beautiful house, but the walk-thru presentation was very poor, due to both hosts immaturity. The hosts disrespected the house with their frequent, childish, unnecessary giggles. They insulted the seller’s design taste with the LSD flashbacks & Halloween comments. Their dress attire was disrespectful to the homeowner & to the viewer. Tomfoolery should never be a part of the showing of any property; especially of a home. Very disappointing presentation to a gorgeous house.
