I think this is 1 of my favorites, this year. The things I don't like are easily changed, way too white for me. Even the barn doors on the closets are fine, and I've voiced my opinion on barn doors enough. The size of the pantry and all that storage in the laundry compensate for the smallish kitchen, so I have no problems with that. And LOTS of yard. Thanks for another great look at a very nice house.

Why would you put a bathroom in the kitchen and the kitchen is small

Toured it in person… if you don’t know what a million dollars home is you’ll be impressed with this. Unfortunately if you do know, you’ll notice this home in this area should be $1 million on the high end. Extremely overpriced. Expect huge price cuts. Nice home, not $2.2 mil home though.
