Private lift.. ha ha ha.. Do you know what is meant by one? Also the bigger 3380 sq.ft units are being advertised for 2.6 Cr and no one is buying and here you're looking to sell a smaller unit for same price. Keep dreaming..

@@TourWithAvira Thanks for your reply and I’m glad some one speaking good English is making videos these days in hyderabad. On the other bit, I’m NRI and own a couple of properties in Hyderabad and Bangalore, so I know a thing or two about properties. Couple of months ago an agent contacted me reg 3380 sqft for an all inclusive price of 2.6cr and I skipped it as it was on 12th floor. I’m surprised with similar asking price for smaller unit and hence thought to comment. All the best.
