One thing I absolutely loved about it was that the interior/furniture was elegant. U see most the times I watch house tour videos of houses in nice areas of islamabad, lahore & karachi no matter how good it looks from outside but inside interior is so super tacky, too much gold and silver, too much brightness. Just looks like unnecessarily lit up showroom whereas this house is absolutely ideal and very well interior

People of Pakistan are more modern chic style loving. But overseas Pakistanis or nri's or in case of Pakistan nrp's love those tacky gold designs like genuinely. Specially from England. They are more Pakistani then Pakistan

A lot of mirpuri (azad kashmir not sindh) friends interior of houses in Pakistan (the photos they've shown me and what they put on SM) is indeed overglittery and tacky but my friends who are from karachi and lahore back home their interior preference is similar/same as mine. So this might be a little judgemental but I think it depends on where u are from Pakistan I think rural Pakistan including mirpur (yeah I know, I know mirpur isn't that rural anymore) tend to be more old school and tacky whereas city folks tend to be more modern be it actually in Pakistan or amongst diaspora 😊 Sorry if this viewpoint of mine offends anyone I know its very stereotypical and judgemental 😊

*everything available except, solar panels / alternate energy arrangement.. this house isnt energy friendly.. no means of centrally heating cooling...no security system not even a single cctv camera. *didn't mention if there are any servant rooms or not? (like who will gonna clean this house in monsoon and in dry winter especially smog season in Lahore) *2 kanal space available and main kitchen on ground floor is congested..why wasted this much space in lobby (i mean its a house or a hotel)? * In an effort to make it airy or open n well connected n double heightened and bla bla bla you forgot to provide a means of privacy between all 3 floors. I mean will this house be sold to a single family and will be told that they can only live by themselves? * why made this much fancy roof top? I mean it looks good but will you ask rain n dust that dear Rain please go the other way coz our roof is so fancy. like seriously?? **** MOST IMPORTANT THING: In all these newly built houses that am seeing these days (dha n everywhere) what people are lacking to add is what will happen if some member of family would die? I mean we all have to one day nobody is born immortal. Why aren't the house owners, buyers, architects, designers n builders aren't focusing on that thing? what will happen then? where and how will you accommodate your 100+ guests in such times who will come for condolence?(in case you are a huge family as its a Pakistani culture ). Will you invite everyone in this house? trust me i won't I'll die but won't let this luxurious house get exposed to villagers where every single interior decor is worth so many Lacs. Bottom line is: this house is good stylish lavishly furnished n luxurious ~~ good for dating n clubbing n parties n social get together..or maybe for tv channels / production houses / fashion houses and brands for the shooting purposes but for families .. like I don't think so..
