Surprisingly this method of constructing homes is very cheap. It would be nice if this country went on a 15-20 year luxury housing building boom. That way everyone can eventually have an amazing home.

It's just breathtaking. First I thought, this is far too high up, but it's just perfect, because the high elevation makes every kind of weather a spectacular experience. The big table for 12 persons is just large enough for me to eat my cereal in the morning... And you can basejump down to the beach every day.

Yes, you will have great views in all directions. Yes, it's also true that you will see the lights of the Miami skyline at night-- and Miami might have the most beautiful skyline in the world! However, please do not think that this building has great views of downtown Miami. It does not. While the view is wide open, Sunny Isles is just too far from downtown Miami for it to be considered an amazing view. Please remember, the views from this unit are AMAZING!!! Those views just really don't include the amazingly beautiful skyline of downtown Miami.

@@milandejanovic1244 You will love it, its very easy to get dazzled by the skyline ,beaches, food. But also know that you will be better of you learn basic Spanish so they don't take advantage of you. A lot of Latin people never leave miami and treat it like a Third world country, it is VERY corrupt, it is called SIN city for a reason, be careful who you hang out , lots of con-artists/smooth talkers. If you keep to yourself at first and are not dazzled by it all, you will see it for what it really is, a great cultural city.

I have seen so many home tours, but this stands out the best. The fact that I have a great view of Atlantic ocean which connects Europe, North America, South America and Africa is crazy. From the primary bedroom and other several places it almost felt like I am on a airplane flying over the ocean. This place is just so awesome and peaceful. At any day I would buy a place like this if I had the money. Surely it comes with some problems that needs to be dealt with, like humidity will be very high and often the floors may get wet and needs to be clean after several hours, but that is just okay considering the view and the vacation feeling I get. Also, I can't study in this home. For studying I need to go out to some library around here, cause this home is to relaxing for concentrating on study.

What I found most interesting is the color palette. Most high-end houses in Florida try to use blue as the main color. This home use of tans and browns warms this amazing place. The flow is great, warm and inviting. The views are breathtaking. Another well done video.

Love the curvy balcony, gives the place a scuptural feel to the usual straight lines of high rise apartments. Guessing you'd need an place inland for hurricane season but if you can afford 25mil I suppose that wouldn't be too much of an issue! Great tour, guys, thank you :) PS: The air fryer is pretty cool, didn't realise they did built-ins. Think of it like a tiny oven crossed with a fryer, uses a teaspoon of oil at most...but you'll still need a proper oil fryer for doughnuts no matter what anyone says ;)

Beautiful condo penthouse. For me, the terrace glass walls are too low for this height, especially with sudden gusts. You could literally bend over from the waist leaning out - no thanks 😱 If I bought this I’d have shoulder-height sized barriers installed that would just allow your arms to reach over. And that Miami City Hall gets flooded at every single high tide! Seriously, Miami City Hall gets flooded by 5" to 30" of sea water EVERY DAY at high tide??? Tall building such as this scares me. The evacuation in case of emergency can become a challenge and is frightening. The home is obviously stunning and a dream to live in, yet I'd prefer to be grounded and just visit :)

Glad to see you back in town..this is by far one of the nicest penthouse condos I’ve seen. Regalia is a beautiful work of art. I watched it being built from my weekend beach condo. Of all the properties you have shown thus far......this is by far my favorite. It has everything. Its not too Old European posh. Its oceanfront views are amazing. The fixtures are perfect. The proximity to city is perfect (its not in the middle of nowhere like some chateau at the same time its not like NYC where you grossly overpay for dull grey "city views"). The rooftop pool and grill drove me insane.

NOW THAT is a good question! I lived on the ocean in the 70's, about a mile north of Indialantic Beach, and EVERYTHING rusted,,,,even inside! It was brutal.. if your jewelry wasn't gold, forget it! Cheap earrings rust in your ears!
