A couple words, stunning, impeccable. This is beyond comprehension. the balcony, EPIC! all that noted, this entire penthouse is that one room in most homes where no one is ever to enter, touch, or sit, ever, except when company comes, and then, that room is strictly for company, so back to the kids table! truly a piece unique... one major flaw, the step over to the balconies, so pedestrian. minus 10M. second flaw, no bathtub in either primary suite bath? minus another 2M - now, a bargain, I'll take it!

WOW. What a stunning apartment. ¼ mile long balcony, love it! I’d have to get rid of some of those chandeliers though and add a few walls with some colouring to it. Purely cosmetic touches. Seriously, this apartment has moved up to being my favourite so far Peter. Absolutely stunning. I could very happily live there with those wrap around views, incredible.

this came up on my feed and within 30 seconds all i could think was ethereal. after a couple minutes, i recalled seeing this episode a year ago. very rarely do i watch a tour a second or third time, and if so, usually feel less thrilled. this one, still captivated. if it feels in person the way it feels on a screen, then the fates have smiled for sure. this is a space for the ages and possibly the top of the list of "if i had a million or fifty" i would relocate just for that space. then you went and said the magic words "living wall." of all the channels, of all the cities, of all the homes - this! thank you for touring this gem (in the tradition of naming homes, the one, xanadu 2.0 and such, i would have to name it, simply, This!) and sharing with all of us. exceptional presentation!

I wouldn’t change much in the living room, except perhaps order a bespoke floor-to-ceiling water feature to match the dimensions of that vertical pillar by the couch. Install a smart plug and a smart sensor so it always turns on for fifteen minutes whenever anyone is in the living zone.

The Jade mansion in the sky is a nice way to start the year 2021. I like the penthouse living room with its beautiful chandelier. I like the dining room with a nice wood table and light. The white marble kitchen is awesome. The master bedroom is luxurious, this is the first time I have heard of a two-story master bedroom. I like the marble master bathroom with a walking shower and freestanding tub. the wraparound balcony with the dining room, seating room, and pool is spacious, and the sky and sea view from the balcony is paradise.

For me I can’t see spending 29 million for a house or condo I also can’t imagine having 20K sqft of house that is so crazy to me that even with 6 or so people in the house you are still looking for people in the house. You could probably host a dinner party of 100 people and still be ok with space and only use one floor.
