All furnishings and appliances are basic or below. Got standard non waterfall countertops in the kitchen and sheet rock walls and ceilings throughout. You'll be amazed.

I had this weird dream yesterday that Enes gave me a lot of money to buy my dream home that still sits for sale in Encino, CA. Because it was a dream I can't remember every detail, but I do remember Enes saying pay cash for it buddy and gave me the money. Then he asked if he could show it on his KZbin channel. We drove to the house in his car which was an old minivan from the 90's, and then I woke up. What a super property and home. Love the guest house and wonderful back yard, many fire pit and seating areas and the total design of the home. Love the living room with the stone on the fireplace wall and a TV above the fire place. Everything is great about this house. The only thing missing is a home theater room, but for the price I think it has such a warm and livable atmosphere. I also love it has the mountain and city views and total privacy as well. GREAT job on this one. I really enjoy watching your video tours Enes. We don't have homes like this at all or the mountains where I live in Charlotte, NC. The backyard of this home is fabulous. I think my favorite was the water feature with the fire pit. Especially at night. I liked the master bedroom at lot too. The gray wood in the walk-in closet was very nice. Not too dark or bright. Really liked it.

The house is beautiful no doubt but let me start with the back yard it is incredible. The layout , real grass, all the water an fire features, pool with the movie screen everything is just amazing. The layout of the house with 3 bedrooms on the first floor, the kitchen which is stunning , dinning room with the wine frig. Overall I would love to own a property like this.
