Cami: I would definitely agree - this guy has the absolute best luck - but, he's apparently aggressive at bargaining ( the store was closing, so he got the sign at a very cheap price - and he then asked for other things "while he was at it" when bargaining for the sign... He's very aggressive. )

There's a great deal of money to be made in being a private chef; living in a cool apartment on your own, collecting cars, travelling around and having the time to surf. Brilliant for him to have found a way to make a great deal of money as well as becoming master of his own domain and having loads of spare time too. I don't know any chefs who have the luxury of spare time, let alone car collections etc. Thumbs up for the lucky few.

Very nice apartment. Am born in Brooklyn and raised in Flatbush. My mother used to work in downtown Brooklyn and Bedford Stuyvesant back in the late 1970s near Atlantic Avenue. Then she worked off of Fulton Street in Fort Greene section of Brooklyn near DeKalb Avenue and Flatbush Avenue in the early 1990s by the old Albee Sq., Mall. I've always loved the look and feel of downtown Brooklyn, though I don't live in New York anymore.
