@@africannyako i don't know if you will read this reply but i just wanted to suggest you look to become a "spokes model" for major brands in Uganda: hotels, restaurants, high end furniture, et cetera. You are very good at what you do, and you have the charm and personality to represent the best! I suggest you put assemble a portfolio of photos and vids of you showing houses, and other things we have seen you do on this channel, and then send the portfolio by email to those businesses you are interested in promoting. FYI here in the States the sales commission for selling a house may be 3-6% of the sales price. Wish you the best, you deserve a big break in life!

@@gdotone1 I also live in the states but you can’t compare value of house of the first world country to a 3rd world county. 160k dollars can get you a way better house in some parts the states Ike Texas, Ohio, Louisiana, Oklahoma with much bigger land space. This house is not worth more 110k dollars.

@@mattmasteringer4399 then you know the value of an item is what people will pay for and item, not the cost of materials, not the cost of labor, not even the location. take that same house, build in it in the the states and you are looking at 750,000 -1,000,000 dollars. 3 bedroom house in the states are selling for 350,000 to 450,000 dollars and some of those are in the sticks. for their country, at this point and time, 4 bedrooms, a guard house, a masonry fence, and completed grounds. that's a fair price. now they may negotiate to a lower price, but that's a fair price. you need to take into account their material cost about the same. labor may be the only place they are cheaper. know this, people can charge whatever they want, it's the buyer that wants to live there and so think of it as the quiet country side that has value. think in terms of Connecticut to New York city. just like living in and upscale neighborhood in the states. that is by no means a low end house. that is an upscale house anywhere in the world, including Dubai. the way i see it you get 590,000 to 840,000 discount. i justed look at some 4 bedroom stick built houses, small plots of land, maybe 0.25 of an acre, they were smaller houses, closer to the neighbor, and way way over price, that price started at 750,000. sure we have some lower end homes but even those 1800 - 2200 sq ft homes are selling for 300,000 dollars. if they pave the roads they can easily add 50,000 more dollar to that house. hey you can buy a house italy for one dollar but there are conditions. and by the time those con-men and mobsters get finished with you ...

Entebbe isn’t for the poor, land itself costs a hefty amount. You would be surprised people who have had some experience in Uganda would buy it. Uganda isn’t a cheap country. If prices are hiked up allover the world, why expect third world countries not to be affected. You want their hardwork to remain free and cheap just because it’s a third world country? What is the point of first world countries when they are deep in debt and taking tax payers money to pay off their debts? Land is yours in Uganda and you don’t pay mortgage, how about that? 😂😂

And Uganda was also instrumental in enabling the DR Congo to join the East African Community/ EAC. I think you need to focus on Rwanda 🇷🇼 as the main source of your trouble, not Uganda. In fact, Rwanda openly admits smuggling your minerals and supporting the rebels in your country.
