hi sir ernani; the room on the 2nd floor is not available during the tour because kids of the owner are there so they wont be seen roaming around during the video shoot. There are no AC's on the living dining kitchen only on the bedrooms. Happy holidays sir Ernani 😊 🌲⛄

I like the ground floor layout except for 2 minor things(not concerns). 1. I would prefer a counter top that has less prominent stripes or streaks. I just think it would be easier to see if it is dirty or not and nothing else.. I love quartz more than granite. 2. I think the staircase hand rails would mavbe been made of another material or another color to make it more "expensive". But these are not problems though. Only preferences . What is more of an issue for me is the shower in the masters bedroom. I am a senior but can still climb stairs. I just don't like the shower inside the bathtub. I don't think I would like it any better even if I was younger. I don't like to skip over the sides of the bath tub to take a bath. Another I don't like is the absence of any shower enclosure. Small things but for a 35M house I think I would demand a ""walk-in" and instead of a a skip over shower as well as a shower enclosure. I would also prefer to have a common toilet in the 2nd floor for close friends, close relatives and other visitors I would invite to the 2nd floor. ut the problem is I don't have sufficient funds now But overall, except for what I mentioned, the designs quite good. One of the best I have seen. I would try to bargain to cover the changes in the bathroom.

hi sir, my comment might be late but I'll still say it anyway. there's actually a shower enclosure inside the master toilet and bath. it is behind the door and beside the closet. timestamp at 21:06 for your reference. however I agree with you about the layout of the master toilet and bath. the urinal is too close to the closet and the shower area/enclosure is separated
