I love that penthouse Jonathan it’s very beautiful the views breathtaking I know Helen Del Beach spend some time there myself and I noticed that looking north you can see the beach club among other few buildings that I know of in Hallandale Beach but one thing I didn’t like about the penthouse is those long hallways a little too dark The rooms they look reasonable not as big as I expected them but they look reasonable. I love the views from the rooms. Also the furniture is very beautiful as well but $700,000 for all that furniture I don’t know if that’s a little over priced and also is there a Association fees with these pen houses, especially this one and what would be the tax rate on this particular penthouse as well

10:43 smh, i tried real hard not to say anything until i saw the primary. now, WHAT is in the center of this unite, which is so NARROW? WHY is the primary NOT FACING THE OCEAN!? They did an excellent job "dressing it up", but come on, the unit you did before is 10x better!!
