What Nepal should do is limited houses in a location inside a colony. Individual houses made haphazardly is ruining the valley. This is better than majority of expensive houses, BUT its taking up agricultural space that used to be pristine.

Beautiful house but the host needs to learn basic things in English. Instead of using words servants use the maid.This massive house why she is using cozy words many times for big rooms. And if you are not confident in speaking English words then speak in Nepali.That will sound better.

tyo sabai ta thikai ho but interesting enough, cozy enough bhaneko teslai average bhaneko ho, its underselling it....thikai pugne jati matra cozy, interesting cha bhaneko ho ali english nai use garne bhaye k boleko sochna parcha..esto expensive place ma ni thts so interesting, its so cozy bhanda huncha,,those terms are for budget friendly low price houses..tei ni presenter le ta oversell garna parcha and ya esto luxurious place lai ni undersell bhairako jasto dekhiyo.....ani arko kura eutai term 1 min ma 5 choti use huncha,, accent ko use le accented feel aairako cha ra arko wall ma ni accent cha, ali vocabulary widen garda afnai presentation better huncha baru script nai prepare garera bhane ni hunthyo..constructive criticism deko ho na ramro bhaneko haina hai..good luck
