Beautiful house. Love the facade and yung main door so elegant and very Mediterranean. Maganda rin yung daloy ng natural light sa bahay sana doon sa may stair case meron din. Yung kitchen is very simple lang nothing grandeur. The gate hindi rin maganda would be perfect yung style nung main door same sa gate. Overall maganda siya pang high end clients. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

sabi ko nga sa previous short video ayoko malaman presyo bahay sa Portofino.😅 may nakita akong binebenta lote at 35.5M at 500sq.m sa Portofino-60M pesos itong bahay?😅 Simple ang bahay, nothing exotic, walang technology like CCTV or wi-fi o LAN ports o solar power, generator. Sayang effort ng 3rd floor na sana roof deck with bedroom. Lack of eye to detail, ang dami dumi o excess paint sa mga footing o edges na dikit sa floor. In fairness, walang ako nakitang obvious design mistakes or poor design. Ay meron pala, masyado steep yung car garage floor. Madali at mura lang naman bawasan angle of elevation niyan.

I also don’t understand why there’s a need to have two kitchens. Give me one spacious fully furnished kitchen, and a garden instead.

So that you can avoid the smell of the food you cook spread all through out the living room or inside the house especially when you have visitors, or when you are making a heavy cooking this is why it is necessary to have a daily kitchen. for me i prefer laundry area than a garden practicality is the key
