When I saw this home 3 years ago I thought it was hands down the best house in Nairobi, and thought that even up until recently. I still think it’s a great house, but there’s definitely better homes for this price range. I found it strange the washrooms in the bedrooms don’t have doors. But other than that, this home is pretty good. So much natural light throughout with the huge windows! I guess my only criticism is that there isn’t that much space compared to other homes of this size. For instance, many homes this size have a family room upstairs. Great job priter homes, my favourite channel for showcasing homes in Kenya!

Good morning. You never stage these houses you show and the completely bare rooms come off as cold and impersonal. Staging your property makes it stand out, and show ways to use the rooms .....makes it feel welcoming, cozy, and move-in ready.

Nice house, nice presentation However anyone who can afford to buy this house will most likely rent it coz it seems it can fetch more than 200k, but not as his personal home because its not in its own enclosed compound.
