Are you serious really. Go to Kilimani, Lavington and the likes. They even have rooftop swimming 🏊‍♀️ pool at the rooftop. This is not an issue

Whoever thought of that play area ni kama haana watoto.. or he or she has never interacted with kids. The side bars are horizontal a kid could easily climb them even when raised. It's just a recipe for disaster. We lost a kid under similar circumstances in my estate. They should just ground the play area.

It's nice but ,when did ruaka start getting this expensive?? 45k for a 2bed??? The congestion in that area is a bit much for my liking 🤷🏃🏃. Anyway gd job

This one is affordable in ruaka. We have studio apartments renting at 30k and rare to get vacants. I know believe I need to do more of this houses

Puting the kids play area at the roof top is big mistake. How the builder took that kind of decision. You can put swimming pool, gym, but not kids play corner.
