Generally higher heating bills, yes. These window panels are energy efficient however, so not as bad as you may think.

The HOA fees are costly for sure. Pretty typical though in most luxury buildings with this level of amenities & services.

Yeah it's not my favorite unit in the building. The condos on the other side have much better views, mainly of the harbor.
